We have a flexible cancellation policy that allows clients to reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Clients will be charged a late cancellation fee of $100 if they cancel or reschedule within less than 48 hours of their appointment, don’t show up for their appointment, or are more than 10 minutes late to a 30 minute-appointment or 15 minutes late to a 60-minute appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients who may need support. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, making it difficult to provide advance notice. However, to protect our clinicians’ time and income, a $100 fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or for missed appointments. This fee helps offset the income your clinician would have earned from insurance reimbursement or self-pay charges. You will be charged this fee if you:
- Cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of an appointment.
- Don’t show up for an appointment.
- Of you are more than 10 minutes late to a 30-minute appointment.
-If you are 15 minutes late to a 60-minute appointment. Late cancellation or no-show fees are not covered by insurance.
