Do you offer financing or financial assistance?

Yes, we offer affordable care and payment plans.
You can apply for an Advance Care Card through www.advancecarecard.com to access services. Paragon Concierge Counseling does not receive any commission from them and will not be aware of your choice to use the credit card unless you tell us. This option can give clients up to 15 months interest-free. You will receive a discount of 5% for paying in full 2 weeks prior to your first appointment and paying it off before the terms of your interest-free time runs out. 

You can also choose to break up payments for assessments. There will be $350 to book the initial appointment, 1/2 of the remainder on initial appointment day, final amount due on final appointment day. Time between Booking and Final Appointment may be altered to meet your needs. An assessment final report will be delivered after the final payment is made.
Assessment Billing Timeline (Up to 3 months):
Book Appointment - $350
Initial Appointment – ½ of remaining balance due
Final Appointment – remaining balance due (100% of outstanding balance)

Can I Use A Health Savings Account, Flexible Savings Account, Or Health Reimbursement Account (HSA/FSA/HRA) Debit Card?

You can use the debit card associated with your healthcare pre-tax account for Paragon Concierge Counseling expenses. You can also pay by check and submit your receipt to that account for reimbursement. 

Do You Take My Insurance? 

If you have AETNA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, OPTUM, United, Sentara or Optima insurance, we can run a benefits check to verify if we can file counseling claims for you. 
We are not in-network with any other providers.
We do not file insurance claims for assessments or concierge services.

Can I Get Services If I Have No Insurance?

Yes, Concierge Services and Assessments are self-pay only. Meaning we do not bill insurance for these services. Counseling can be billed through insurance or paid for self-pay based on your preference and Provider coverage.

What Is A Superbill?

A Superbill is a record of all the procedures (CPT codes) Paragon Concierge Services used as part of their services along with any diagnosis (ICD-10 codes) found during the process. Superbills are different from receipts/invoices because they provide diagnosis and procedure codes that are needed to get a claim approved. A superbill can be submitted to the insurance company by the client to see if they are eligible for reimbursement.
