We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Professional’s, and have current openings for Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Clinicial Psychologists:

What We Need

• A true partnership
• Self-guided determination to complete documentation in our electronic health record system according to policies and procedures
• Strong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability and quality of care  
• Ethical conduct, timely responses, and effective communication
• Use of evidence-based treatment modalities
• Treatment planning: assessment and development of goals, objectives, and interventions that address behavioral health needs
• Coordination of care when needed with internal and external providers
• Currently licensed as a mental health professional in Virginia
• Be in good standing with the state board and other monitoring agencies
• Having current contracting with insurance companies is preferred
• Establish a steady and consistent schedule of availability for client caseload 
• Collaborate effectively with providers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations

Compensation:

• Independent contractors/therapists are compensated based on collected revenues for each client.
• Pay is based on length of service.
