Paragon Concierge Counseling, led by mental health provider Nicola Hall, PhD, LPC, CSAC, takes a holistic approach to mental health for adults.

Dr. Hall graduated from the prestigious College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, with her master’s in mental health counseling before earning her doctorate at Walden University, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Counselor Educator, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, she provides holistic care and focuses on helping patients overcome adversity to live meaningful, happy lives. Dr. Hall is highly trained and along with her team, offers specialized services like adult ADHD testing, concierge counseling, and same day services to meet client needs.

At Paragon Concierge Counseling, we address a wide range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to depression and anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), concierge services, and obsessive compulsive and related disorders. Office services are available in our Newport News, VA location. Telehealth is available on mobile devices such as mobile phone or laptop, and on-site appointments are exclusively available to our concierge clients who can request services in a location of their preference during extended hours. The concierge service caters to our elite client's by offering truly accessible and personalized mental health support. We meticulously tailor each care plan, so there are no cookie-cutter solutions here.
