Paragon Concierge Counseling is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Newport News, Virginia.

Our team is empowered, through support and training to deliver exceptional client experiences, doing what they are trained to do best.
Qualifications
All eligible candidates must be fully and independently licensed to operate in Virginia:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
Compensation
Up to $112,000 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
What We Need:
A true partnership
A minimum of 25 sessions per week
Behavioral Health Generalists - open to seeing couples
Self-guided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hours
Strong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability and quality of care
